Fallen Angels Fallen in Love - Interview with Swann & Uriel
↟ Paris, France ↟ Creatives Session + Interview ↟
Swann and Uriel, fantasy writers and stylist content creators, and I brought their original fallen angel characters to life with this photoshoot. Known for their immersive narratives and sharing them on TikTok and other platforms, they poured their artistry into every detail. From their ethereal costumes to the profound connection they share. Together, we transformed their concept into a visual story that felt like stepping their tale of two Angels exploring earthly wonders together.

What inspired you to create the Fallen Angels characters? Do they symbolize something personal to you?
S. "These characters were the first we got to imagine together and lately they are our new hyper fixation. We imagined them as the end of last year, filmed some content. But a few weeks ago we decided to add more lore to them, more love too. It felt like pure bliss.”
U. "At the beginning, Nova and Atlas had a single story ark, but when we discussed the photoshoot and you mentioned the Fallen angel among other tropes, an idea sparked in my mind. We had to create a second ark. More lore, new outfits! I love these characters so much. I think they represent how, in adulthood, we tend to supress our inner child, and get carried away by a way too serious life, when what we really need is some fun, to let go of all kind of pressure.”
Can you share a bit about the backstory or lore?
U. "Spoilers!"
S. "The story is about an archangel missioned to look for a small angel who went to a ball to have fun. Eventually she managed to convince him to stay for a dance and some earthly delights. They both get banned from heaven and we follow them on earth"
U. "I talked to Swann about more than a cute and silly slice of life, with some adventures and mysteries but we've got our hands full with the plot already as it is ... So we will see~"
How does collaborating as a couple impact your storytelling?
S. "Can’t really say we were already filming really romantic content before haha but I would say we are more confortable now. Collaborating pushes off our limits and makes us try new things, learn new skills"
U. "I liked love stories and sensual related aesthetics before, so creating together expanded our universe while adding our personnal spice. It often goes as, one of us share a trope, inspiration, idea, and the other yells back in excitement with more ideas. Somehow, we discover things about eachother through the creation process."
How do platforms like TikTok influence the way you share and expand your characters stories?
U. "We post most of the content on Instagram because it allows more possibilities, and the sense of community is stronger than on Tiktok. We create storytelling videos but love to play with our characters to film trends or funny audios that fit their plot and personality."
S. "Definitely the community I would say. It’s a great way to meet people with similar interests! Someday I would love to do a creative retreat in a castle where we would all create together."
What is next for these characters? Do you plan to expand their story into new mediums or platforms?
S. "Everything is written and their lore is expending daily. We would need an entire team to create what we have in mind (with special effects and all!)"
U. "I want to actually write pieces of the story, maybe post them on my ko-fi or a text only reel? Would that work? We have a lot of ideas, but we're already so thankful to have been able to create with you, it came out wonderfully. Creating with more people is exciting so I hope to do it again to see what kind of magic could happen!"
